Duality (2) – Illusion
We have 2 eyes and but see only one object. We have 2 ears but hear only one word.
Shade or darkness is not real. It is formed in the absence of light. We see 2 things – Shade and light. It appears as if they are 2 different things. But it is actually one. Shade or darkness is illusion and light is real.
So, there is no duality in this world. The absence of one looks appears to be a reality.

Religion has 3 parts – By Swami Vivekananda
In every religion there are three parts: philosophy, mythology, and ritual. Philosophy is the essence of every religion; mythology explains and illustrates it by means of the more or less legendary lives of great people, stories and fables. Ritual gives to philosophy a still more concrete form, so that every one may grasp it. Ritual is, in fact, concretized philosophy.
Why do we have a prayer room?
When GOD is all pervading, omnipotent, I don’t understand why we need to have a separate room for HIM.
Our Calender is different from “Pithru” (पिथ्रु ) Calendar
This is sequel to Hindu Rituals after Death. Our calender is (Approx) 30 days is a month and 12 months is a year. Whereas, it is not same for “Pithrus”. (पिथ्रु ).
15 days of moon is called 1 Patcham (Sanskrit) or 15 thithis because each moon day is a thithi.
so 2 Patchams is 1 Pithru day (that means 30 moon days)
30 Pithru days (60 Patcham) is 1 Pithru Month (30 moon months)
12 Pithru Months (720 Patcham) is 1 Pithru Year ( 30 moon years)
Hence 1 Pithru year is our calendar 30 years.
